Satisfy your sweet tooth with some of these amazing vegan treat ideas

If you have been caught out saying to your vegan friend, ‘Oh I could never do that’ ‘I love food too much’ ‘What about dessert???’ Then look no further, the answer to your questions is here… vegan junk food!

Being a vegan is awesome. I’m not sure what is best, whether it’s saving the animals, helping the planet or improving your health. But, not so quick. ‘Are all vegans healthy?’ I hear you ask. The answer is not necessarily.

An individual who follows a plant based diet, means that they only eat plants. So yes, they don’t eat animals, but this doesn’t necessarily mean     they are vegan. And someone who is a vegan doesn’t necessarily mean that they follow a plant based diet. While many people are both vegan and plant based, not everybody is. I tend to follow a plant based diet because I don’t like eating unhealthy or processed junk. However, I do like to treat myself occasionally (every single day). I mean, it’s not all salad and smoothies after all…

So, here are some healthy/not-so-healthy vegan desserts and treat ideas (and yes everything in these amazing, mouth-watering photos is 100% vegan!!)


Store Bought:

  1. Enjoy Life Vegan Chocolate Chips
  2. Earth Balance Peanut Butter Popcorn
  3. SoDelicious Coconut Milk Ice Cream (Choco PB Swirl)
  4. Zazubean Chocolate Bars (or any kind of vegan chocolate bar)
  5. Corn Chips/ Tortilla Chips (any brand)
  6. Sweet and Salty Popcorn
  7. SoDelicious Coconut Milk Ice Cream Sandwiches
  8. Harvest Snap Peas
  9. Cookies (any vegan store-bought kind)
  10. Lara Bars Or Nakd Bars


  1. Granola
  2. Medjool dates dipped in peanut butter
  3. Brownies
  4. Chickpea peanut butter cookies
  5. Homemade peanut butter cups
